Delospermum Cooperi

Swim has recently come into possesion of vast quantities of delospermum cooperi. he needs to know how much dmt is in it before he can make proper ayahuasca dosages. can anyone tell him how much dmt and other tryptamines are in this plant per any measurement of gram?
