please help swim: Simply Sleep (Diphenydramine) recreational?

swim has experimented with alot of types of drugs but is very new in the feild of downers and sleeping pills, he found some non perscription tylenol "simply sleep" little blue pills that say "S L" on them, he wants to just experiment with them and is wondering if they will even do anything, and how many he should experiment with (swim was thinking 4-5), this is prolly a very dumb question but swim will learn from asking. thanks all

Re: please help swim

I'm guessing it's just diphenhydramine. Which I believe is in a different category, since its recreational usage is pretty different from that of other sedatives. You're not going to find any really fun sedatives without a prescription in the U.S.

Yep, it's diphenhydramine, and that's in the various other drugs section under deliriant antihistamines.

Re: please help swim

On this forum things are arranged by active ingredient, in this case there is a sub-forum dedicated o delirient antihistamines. It's also good to avoid brand names since this is a worldwide forum and although you described the tylenol well, it would do no good for anyone without the actives listed, which means anyone willing to help out has to googke your pills first to figure out what the heck you're talkin about heh
