Smoking - Best thing to do smoking weed hands down

Some guy I know told me this story,

"So one day i was at the beach with some friends and i had gotten some pretty nice weed as a present before going back to miami ..... this was in europe .... i rolled a nice fat joint and i told my best friend here why dont you lite it up.... and he was kinda confused because in spain we have a tradition that is whoever rolls it lites it ... even if the weed hash etc isnt his ..... so w.e back to the point he lite it gets up and takes a nice big toke and he gave me the spliff and he said look he extended his arms like if he was a cross or making a T form and starts spinning for around 40 seconds and lets the smoke out and he could barely walk......


so i proceed to try it and its insane when you stop spinning what you see is basicly you see everything as if you were moving your head like lets say you look to the left rite well you see whats on your left side well what happened is i would see what was like on my left but without moving my head and then what i should be seeing would go back into place its weird but like i dont know how to explain it ......."
