Is this normal for BZP?

Swim had some false ecstasy two weeks ago. The pills were actually BZP + some unidentified substance (different reports on pillreports claim the pill contained either amphetamine, TFMPP or MCPP but there is no conclusive evidence as to which one).

Swim also smoked an intense amount of weed. (Bad idea).

Swim tripped out big time. He experienced the sense of disconnection with reality and felt like he was going to lose conciousness and die. He experienced minor blackouts as well. In addition reality seemed very different; he wasn't hallucinating but the house seemed very twisted like he was an alternate reality. When he would circle in the kitchen (and Swim did this many times throught the night to try to stay alive) he felt like he was entering a different kitchen each time.

Swim is wondering if this is a normal effect of BZP + whatever. The pills definitely contained no LSD by the way. Or is this an effect of the cannabis + the pill. Or was Swim really tripping? Maybe Swim really was about to lose conciousness and him staying awake is the reason he's still alive today.

SWIM took the other weekend some 2x Strawberry Fields after having the previous night some Diablo. After 3 hours when SWIM felt absolutely bloody diddly and was fairly confident that not even a twitch was being felt SWIM thought to mitigate the disappointing experience with some weed.

The come up was absolutely ecstatic but for SWIM it appears the mental side effects of BZP and analogues are a deep insular look at his own mind. Considering the nature of the universe, God (or lack or whatever), emotions, etc.

In this instance SWIM took more weed than usual, through a vaporstar (as SWIM is asthmatic) and got the full experience of imminent death almost too much to bear. The feeling was feeding on itself. Thoughts were approaching infinity and taking SWIM down with it. Every thought had what SWIM considered to be Good and Evil elements to them simultaneously.

SWIM did not feel disconnection with reality, but his thoughts considered that this experience was reality, that the world we play in is all a fascade. SWIM's brain is cursed with an exeedingly good memory when inebriated, too good in fact, and this was no different.

SWIM is not afraid of death, but even so given the opportunity SWIM would not choose to go right now. After pacing the flat focusing on the will to live and feeling that this was failing this was when SWIM realised from somewhere (in childhood or something) that certain military personnel were trained by being given complex tasks to complete under the influence of the worst mind distracting drugs of all, in environments of sensory overload and they were expected to rise above them, complete the task and succeed. SWIM had, after all, taken a legal substance, had control over his environment and SWIM's own mind so SWIM used the discipline SWIM learnt over the years via meditation to calm the mind, and then to distract it by typing the experience down.

Reading SWIY's experience the common factor here is BZP and weed. SWIM has read on this forum that weed in small quantities can complement a BZP experience, however more than SWIY's normal amount takes you way over the top.

SWIY has not mentioned whether SWIY had taken anything in the days prior to SWIY's experiment. This might be a contributive factor, or not. SWIM used another BZP product (diablo) the night before.

SWIM has a biological and chemical background and these symptoms seen in the fresh light of day and a bit of sleep appears to be a moderate serotonin toxicity effect, but this is worst case, IMO. Most likely a simple case of anxiety attack.

Either way SWIM still experiments with BZP products SWIM's latest excursion was with Beanz and that was a pleasant experience for the most part and yesterday SWIM's memory was particularly stimulated reliving experiences from SWIM's early childhood as if it happened only yesterday. SWIM will be continuing experiments using these.

Re: Is this normal for BZP?

SWIM and a group of SWIM's mates took a BZP based pill. SWIM and 3 other of his friends were fine. One of SWIM's friends was not.

She got stuck into a bit of a hole (SWIM diagnosed this due to her not moving around enough, mainly standing/sitting still in the same place) She was making a collage(don't ask), while other participants were running around and dancing like bunnies, keeping themselves hydrated and whatnot.

SWIM thinks that this is labled a party drug for a reason, trying to stay mellow on this just wont work. The person with the bad experience had delusions that she could not move from the spot she was on and had to concentrate on breathing. She became overly infatuated with what she was making and got stuck in that activity.

SWIM would advise not trying to take BZP based products as a chilling out drug but as something for a house party, or festival experience, SWIM is not one for drugged up clubbing, so cannot give a view on wether they are good for that.
