Combinations - A few questions on stack w/ amphetamines

In a dream SWIM was wondering about the following,

From what SWIM has read the following combination should be relatively safe for someone without preexisting health conditions (correct SWIM if wrong though, as SWIM still needs to do some more research to be sure).

~2400mg Piracetam (3 "00" Capsules)
~600mg Rhodiola Rosea 3% (1 "00" Capsules)
~800mg Choline Bitartrate (1 "00" Capsules)
~700mg DMAE Bitartrate (1 "00" Capsules)
~5000mg Creatine Monohydrate

Would using dextroamphetamine along with this stack be relatively safe for someone who doesn't have preexisting health issues?

Also is the Choline Bitartrate useful with DMAE Bitartrate in there, or does DMAE sufficiently fulfill the same purpose? If SWIM removed one from the stack, which would reduce the effectiveness less?

Would boosting Piracetam to ~3200mg (4 "00" Capsules) increase effectiveness with a low chance of increased negative side effects?

They are all safe if you do not have a predisposition to chronic/acute renal problems.

I would personally discontinue DMAE. Most of the acetylcholine produced is peripheral, which at best would smooth out wrinkles in your skin.

It depends if you are an introvert, or an extrovert. For the most part, 2400mg was at peak performance for the bell curve.
