Adderall comedown suggestions

Somones going to be taking adderall XR in the mornings to help them study and get things done throughout the day, as well as get a little buzzy euphoria. My question is what can they do towards the end of the day to ease the comedown and make sleep easier. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
