Combinations - Sleeping pills + Ecstacy pills

SWIM talking about strong sleeping pills that you can only get with prescription of yuor doctor.



SWIM have hard times to get to sleep after taking Ecstacy pills. Usualy Ecstacy pills mixed with lots of random shit and it maybe bad idea mixing those with slpeeing pill ?

as for the sleeping pills, swim has found that is one is accustomed to diphenhydramine, sleep will come peacefully with 100-150mg or so.

pharmacutical sleeping pills should be a last resort if suppliments like diphenhydramine, melatonin and 5-HTP are nowhere to be found. have swiy try out the diphenhydramine and tell the forum how it went
