So, my pet cockroach took 7 tylonol 3's (30mg codeine ea) and ground them up real nice and powdery, then stuck them in a glass of cold water, stir, and into a bath of hot water it went until it was sufficiently warm. now, not having access to a freezer at the time, he simply filtered the solution into a cup of ice with a bit of water in it. stirred until the ice had melted and consumed. nothing but some itchyness. That should be a good 200mg, given a tiny bit may have been lost in the filter. what did my pet do wrong? your timely response is much appriciated.

Oh, and I dont know if this matter, but he also did some mdma the evening prior and is quite hungover.

EDIT: also, swim has a very minimal amount of codeine tolerance.
