daily noot stack for studying long hours daily
Firstly, what is your opinion of the combination of ingredients in Source Natural's Mega Mind?
I'm trying to construct a study stack that can be used daily (excluding weekends) for 5-6 months. Can anyone share their personal experiences or what they've heard about these in relation to its benefits for long-term strenuous studying? Vinpocetine Huperzine A L-Theanine DMAE CoQ10 Alpha Lipoic Acid Acetyl L-Carnitine Adrafinil Magnesium Glycinate Does anyone else have any other things they'd recommend that would help clear mental fogginess, decrease inattentiveness, or increase energy levels? Re: daily noot stack for studying long hours daily
Do NOT incriminate yourself. Use SWIM (Someone Who Isn't Me) or something similar. What is legal where you are, may not be for others, so no incrimination also applies to Nootropics.
Here's swim's stack. Taken on empty stomach first thing in AM. Piracetam- 2-3gms 2xday Sulbutiamine- 200mg 2xday PEA- .25gms 2xday 5-HTP- 50mg 2xday Vasopressin- as needed Creatine monohydrate- 2gms/day Lecithin- 3-5gms/day Drink at least 1 gallon of water/day. Watch your BP. Swim has taken Vinpocetine while weightlifting and finds it synergistic with other nootropics. Swim suggests buying the nootropics swiyou decide upon, in bulk. |

Mega Mind by Source Naturals does not have Adrafanil in it, rather alpha-Lipoic Acid
