Baking soda - alcohol ratio.

There is any SWIY with a PH meter that can find the right ratio alcohol to baking soda for 9 PH. SWIM wants to make a pure ethanol extraction of coca leaves. SWIM knows that the ph of alcohol is about 5.5, so needs a base to go to 9. If any SWIY with a small scale, pure alcohol, baking soda and PH meter, can help it would be great!
