When will the Withdrawls stop?

Swimmy was on opiates for about 7 months straight. At the end was taking around 100mgs a day. Its been 4 days now since swimmy stopped cold turkey. Swims head still feels a little cloudy. How long will it take for swim to feel normal again and the withdrawls to stop?
