Drug info - Best Legal Highs Advice

Swim is looking to buy a number of different legal highs to experiment with, but Swim doesn't want to buy garbage. Currently Swim has only tried Salvia, and a small 400mg packet of spice silver which Swim really enjoyed. Swim has been using drugs for years, but is new to the legal high scene. Which ones can people recommend

All of the Spice range are the best cannabis substitutes in SWIM's opinion, (though gold is his least favourite). Quality of kratom is very hit and miss, so be careful if you don't want to buy crap, but if you can get some good stuff, kratom is a truly excellent legal high.

@CoryInJapan I was under the impression that it was not impossible to get the London Underground Doved and Summer Daze because of legality issues - I heard that they contained methylone (correct me if I'm wrong). SWIM heard that they contained methylone, and immediately went to all the places he had seen it, but couln't find it anywhere .

Mephedrone or 4-FMA, not methylone, can't remember which one is which but UTFSE will give the answer.

Nice to see that you worked out the "no self incriminating" rule, but another rule is that discussion of specific sources is not allowed. This is for the forums legal wellbeing, to ensure that it remains up and running, so I am sorry but noone here can help you.

That said, if you want legal highs, headshops generally have them (I am unsure where you live), and most importantly - Google is your friend.

Make sure you read up on everything you decide to use. Some products may be a waste of money, some may be very bad for you, some may be very potent and not to be underestimated, and some will give SWIY amazing experiences. This is where this forum can help.

I'm sure there are many more. SWIM hasn't tried most of these and is not recommending them, as some can be unpleasant at best, deadly at worst (datura, for instance). It's up to you to do the research. I'm just listing legal highs that have SOME effect, whether it's a good or bad effect is a personal opinion.

Snuffkin can think of none to add to those suggested so far, (he never knows what exactly to post in this forum -"Herbal Ecstasy" because many party pills described as like ecstasy are anything but herbal. As for legal highs Snuffkin from experience reccomends nitrous, kratom, and LSA extracted from LSA containing seeds. Nitrous has a very short duration of only few seconds when used alone, where as kratom and LSA last some hours.

I would like to do the same. Lady Codone created very good and comprehensive list, not much to add really, but I think some of the descriptions are a bit misleading.

Let's leave Fly Agaric's toxicity and preparations aside, this issue has its own sub-forum, but I really have to ask why Amanita muscaria has been classified as deliriant? True, this hallucinogen/entheogen is very different to magic mushrooms and may have some unpleasant side-effects in some creatures. True, it's described at Erowid as "psychedelic, deliriant" but I guess it's not sufficient reason to call it that. By the way, when Alf was researching Amanita muscaria (around 2002-03), Erowid was not calling it "deliriant" yet. Really don't know what has changed since then but would like to ask whether swiy experimented with Fly Agaric and any delirium-inducing substances? Alf experimented with both, researched other deliriants a bit too and did not find Amanita muscaria to be anything like them.

Snuffkin is absolutely right, N20 is an anaesthetic and dissociative psychedelic.

*DXM (hallucinogen/deliriant) (dissociative also)

Same case, Snuffkin is right, but why "also"? Dextromethorphan is a cough suppressant and dissociative psychedelic and belongs to the same family of drugs as nitrous. Again, why deliriant? DXM is surely not one either.

Now, what is legal is obviously dependent on where one lives, but aside from Datura some legal and true deliriants could be added to the otherwise good list:

*Diphenhydramine - anticholinergic deliriant, harmful and freaking scary, judging by effects' descriptions
*Benzydamine - non-steroidal anti-inflammatory substance, in higher doses acting like deliriant

Not much fun with any of the two, but at least they can be accurately dosed, unlike Datura.

To add:
*Alkyl nitrites ("poppers") can be legally obtained around the world. Even when amyl nitrite itself is banned, its substitutes are often times available, i.e butyl nitrite, isobutyl, isopropyl, cyclohexyl, etc. Although by some considered to be a "shit-drug", by others (Alf included) it's valued as good euphoriant addition to other drugs (or to sex).

Me neither, although some good ethnobotanicals could be added surely - by someone knowledgeable
Alf's personal pick from the list would be DXM (effects, availability, quality, body of knowledge of this substance), but he did not try many substances listed above yet. Nitrous is worthwhile due to its general safety and dissociative effects. Synthetic cannabinoids are very nice and useful too, of course. And Alf suspects that especially kratom and methylone might have something very interesting to offer.

PS.
Oh, kratom was banned in Poland earlier this year. Together with BZP, JWH-018, Salvia, ayahuasca and about 10 other ethnobotanicals. Mescaline was banned years ago.

If Swiy only tried Spice Silver and found that to be enjoyable, definately check out Gold and Diamond as they are far stronger.

SWIM loves Mephedrone, however has heard it could be very bad for SWImmers. SWIM would recommend HBWR seeds, however SWIM says make sure you prepare them right so as to not be sick.
