Dose - 100 mg in one day?

swim uses adderall recreationally regularly, maybe once a week. however, he hasn't had any in about 3 weeks, and just recently got 100mg instant release adderall. the most he's ever taken at once was 50mg, but since it only lasts about 4 hours, would it be safe to take the second 50mg after the first dose wears off, leaving a grand total of 100mg amphetamine in one day? that way, swim would get the entire day speeding, instead of speeding the first half, then coming down the second half of the day. by the way, swim weighs 185 pounds.

If swiy took 50mg once and felt fine, swim can see no problem with taking 50mg after the first 50mg wears off.

Hello, this is Swim's first post. He has been taking dextroamphetamine for over six month's and recently took 120+mgs with no major problems, although Swim did have much more pronounced side effects than with the rx'd dose. (Very heavy teeth grinding, tight chest, and after the peak a bit of anxiety) Swim decided that unless he has a couple benzo's next time, he will NOT be taking that high of a dose. Wasn't scary or anything, just very uncomfortable towards the downward slope.

This post should give you an idea of where the "danger zone" starts. Not that the proposed idea isn't going to be with out it's downfalls, probably going to be a pretty hard crash to say the least. Just that you are well under dangerous levels.

Might be best to break up the dosing a bit more, say 10mg every half hour, with a bit of a break in the middle. This way if things get to heavy you can still back down.
