Xyrem aka GHB info please....

So my friend came across some prescription Xyrem....she has narcalepsy. Anyway, she also likes to party and wants to get some recreational benefits also but doesn't know a whole lot about it. She says she took a little over a teaspoon of it and it made her REALLY horny and in a great mood but only for about 25 minutes or so. She was wondering if she coud take more at a time without too much risk....any advice at all would be great. She asked me because I have experiemented a whole lot in the past with rave drugs, but x was my doc so I didn't really do GBL(what was available) very often so I couldn't really give her the answers needed.

The active ingredient of XYREM is gamma-hydroxybutyrate (GHB).

There are quite a few topics and threads on this substance in THIS forum. Swim suggests typing GHB into the search engine on this site. Swiy will be amazed at the info. THIS site has.

Swim has yet to think of a question to ask this community that HASN'T already been covered in detail somewhere on THIS forum.

Please be advised the the dilution ratio for Xyrem (amount of GHB in a defined measurement of the solution) is 2ml:1g whereas for illicit GHB it is usually 5ml:1g

While it's sound advice to always make 100% sure what concentration / dilution ratio the solution has, SWIM thought it worth mentioning that local customs differ. In his part of the world he rarely stumbles upon GHB diluted 5ml:1g instead it's usually the idiomatic "10-4" or 2,5ml:1g. Demand to know the concentration if SWIY is buying of the black market, if the supplier doesn't know or doesn't want to tell, don't buy any and find another supplier.
