Dealing with Anxiety

SWIM has a bit of a problem with anxiety and knows he probably should not be taking Codeine at all, but usually does not have too big of a problem with it. SWIM is a bit of a hypochondriac, and after reading how Codeine and such can cause respiratory depression, even after mediocre doses he starts to worry "oh fuck, what if I stop breathing" and the like. Of course this never actually happens, SWIM was just wondering how everyone deals with this kind of anxiety? SWIM was thinking maybe something that helps with breathing, maybe Vicks or Halls or something.
