An opiate that doesn't cause dizziness?

It's my understanding that loopiness and a lack of coordination is an uncomfortable side-effect of most opiates, such as suboxone. Supposedly the worst manifestation of this can be described as a tension or pressure behind the eyes and general discomfort in the head.

Is there reputedly an opiate out there that handles the pain well, without causing this "heavy" symptom? It seems fathomable that maybe actual opium might fit the bill, since it's probably the most natural opiate.

Other thoughts? Is there a cleaner opiate out there?

For some, Ultram works well on their moderate pain and causes an increase in their energy level and mood, probably due to how it acts on serotonin and/or norepinephrine. Some report an absence of the side effects SWIY listed above. However, experiences with it vary widely.
