Combinations - Cannabis + MDMA = Hallucinations?

Ok, so SWIM has been looking through the forums and found little information on how people hallucinate on this combo. SWIM is wondering if anyone has tried this and indeed get real hallucinations. SWIM isn't talking about light trails, but full blown ones. He's heard some stories on erowid and bluelight, but would to hear some here because he is trying this combination soon!

SWIM's experienced mild hallucinations from this combination. It's nothing like LSD hallucinations for him, it's a lot more kind of... real? More like "holy shit a cat, oh that's not a cat," sort of thing. Not like "I'm in a mystical world of wonder and amazment." More like sleep deprivation hallucinations. If that makes sesne.

The hallucinations are from the MDMA. MDMA breaks down into MDA after a few hours in the body - MDA being considered more hallucinagenic than MDMA which is considered empathogenic. Hallucinations during an MDMA experience can be avoided by taking a more reasonable dose. The cannabis simply amplifies the hallucinations...it is not the main cause. We have quite a few thread on this if swiy looks around.

swim tripped very badly doing this, swim saw his friend with his airrifle pointed at him and stop him not to shoot. swim then realised after about 2 mins it was a guitar also the same day he was talking to someone who wasnt there swim said he was very sure he was asking him to move up on the seat

Insomniaa, was your monkeys experience with powder/crystal mdma or with pills? If the latter I would say that the hallucinations were due to an adulterant rather than MDMA. If the former, I would say be more careful with dosing.

Yeah SWIM agrees, that sounds a lot more like MDA then MDMA. But SWIM has some clean pills, already tested, and is planning on trying this combo tomorrow, he will post back on his experience.

Ahhk no worries, anyways back to what swim said. Swim loves this combo of the two very much, its like perfect. Swims 'seen' a spider on his hand, rip in swims pants slither down swims leg, shadow figure on swims roof watchin him, blue orb infront of back door, letters being different letters while sendin a txt msg.. im sure theres others swim jus cant remember at the moment. That being said this is on 5+ pills and atleast a 25deal smoked by self in a span on over 5hrs.
The hallucinations seem more real then lsd visuals.. its very weird.

At a festival last year swim had about 1/2 gram of mdma (too much in hindsight) over the course of 6 or 7 hours then after the raving died down went back to camp for a few joints round the dying embers of the fire.

On the way back to his tent swim got the most terrible leg cramps hes ever had in his life, was pure hell and took him almost 30 mins to get the 20 yards to his tent!

Once in his tent with a small glow light on swim started seeing stationary stars in the mesh lining that would vanish when he put his hands to them and reappear when his hand was moved away. Then it got very weird... he saw one of his best friend sat in the corner of his tent on a sandwich box rolling a joint and laughing uncontrolably at him. Swims friend in question wasn't even at the festival. Swim tried closing his eyes and turning back away but each time he looked back his friend was there again, still laughing.

Swim then got very scared of dying.
