Thoughts On Tramadol (synthetic Opiate)

i've done tramadol a few times and i just dont like it, some ppl say
they feel great with euphoria and shit but it just doesnt seem to be
all that interesting for me. on opiates my favorite thing to do is to
write, either poems, lyrics or stuff along those lines i refer to it as
inspiration in a pill, its gets all my creative juices going with ideas
and feelings just stream out. However tramadol doesn nothing along
these lines for me, which sucks caus ei ahve an over abundance of this
drug. tramadol also has been reported to increase risk of seizures with
consumption as little as 250mg, i took 4 50mg pills (200mg) and i felt
veyr uncomfortable but i'm a small guy (110lbs.) so that makes alot of
difference as well. Basicly i think of tramadol as shit, and just
soemhting to do to past time, it does seem to mix wlel with other
opiates wether or not this helps the opiate effects or decreases their
effectivness i dont know ihavent experimented enough to see but they
did mingle well with making the opiate drug feel stronger i believe.
i'm just looking for some other peoples insight on thsi drug and what
they think about it, it seems their are alot of people that actually
like tramadol better than some real opiates which astonishes me i mean
the u.s hasnt even scheduled it yet. another thing i hate about
tramadol is that its full effects can take up to 2 hours to fully peak.
which sucks i hate waiting.

The first time i did it, i had a pretty comfortable feeling. Not strong or anything, but slight euphoria. I liked it alot, since it didn't completely fuck me up but still gave me a moodlift and killed pain. I think its an alright drug to "pass time" as you say. If you have an aboundance of it, be happy.

i did it a couples of times.
Just took 250-300mg and the effects where like codeine at 100mg
a general feeling of comfortability and a bit itching in the face,but i didn't get real euforia from it

Some people dont get itching from codeine at all. They say that sucks because the itching is one of thegood things for them. Edited by: bogumil

Personally, I don't care much for tramadol at all. Point of interest... it helps ease the sickness when you clean out.... which I try to do once a month. Supposedly, it is addictive in it's own right, but if you taper off that, with some benzos at night, it's a whole lot better than cold thnaksgiving.

Ive had great experiences with tramadol. I weigh about 115 and took 4 50mg pills last time i had some. Youre right it does take a while to peak but it fuckin lasts for nearly 8 hours. Slight euphoria and just a great general feeling of well being. I personally enjoy these over some oxycodones i had once before. If you dont want them ill take em off your hands....

i use 2 use tramadol everyday for about 3 month taking 10 50mgs pills
at a time, they have it in liquid form too i dont know if you guys hera
dof it or not because its hard to get a hold of but if u do u can shoot
it in ur ASS and it feels great! lol i still do it 1nce in a while i
personally like it and its good to take when ur tryin 2 break a habit
of something stronger like H by taking afew a day just to relax the
comedown effect..good feeling lasts long not as intense but overall a
good experience

I don't really care for Tramadol. If I don't have anything else I'll
take it, but thats the only time. The first few times I took it (about
7 years ago), I got a half decent buzz on it...but nowdays it just
kinda makes my sick at my stomach....which is sad, because my doc hands
it out like candy.

what is a good starter dose of tramadol? does having a slight tolerance to oxys change anything? SWIM does 10-20 mgs of oxycodone every so often. what would be a good dose for SWIM to start off tramadol with?

ok first of all WHAT THE HELL IS SWIM? ive been reading it everywhere
in the forums and still dont have a clue what SWIM means..please tell
me and for how much trams to start off with i would recommend taking
about 5, 50mg pills which is 250mg that should start off ur day on a
happy note./. thanks

as to a good starter dose of tramadol....I know several people which
get sick after a certain level. If you've never taken them, I'd
probably try a dose of around 200 MG to start, and then increase if
needed. Tolerance to real opiates never seemed to affect tramadol for
me. I have a fairly high tolerance to opiates, but still get a
headchange on about 300 MG, anymore than that and I start to get sick.

i take regularly 150 mg of tramadol and it gives me a nice comfortable euphoria but only a mild one that last for 6-9 hours. Very enjoyable while preparing yourself for a more hardcore drug later that week.

they are only good if u take a lot and drink other wise they arent worth buying but if u have them lying around there fine.

Tramadol is weak and not very euphoric, not much of a downer, in fact it has a more racey feeling. It's good if you have arthritis but not much of a recreational drug.

Just got some Tramadol from my doc. It doesn't seem to do much of anything, not even help the pain. Maybe I'm not taking enough? I sure didn't get any euphoria from it.

if your into harder opiates/opiods then your gonna be really dissappointed with tramadol/ultram.


When I first and only time Itried tramadol I had already taken 7mg of klonopin, and like 1400mg of soma, then added 350mg of tramadol to the mix, and it got me feeling all amped up. I could barely feel any opiate like effects. Personally I like my high to be a little more sedating....

W0w, I can't belive you guys. SWIM only took 100mgs. like 2 hrs earlier and feels a LOT of euphoria.


It's an intense buzz but nor sedating at all.

Ok just came down and I really appreciate that I don't feel sick to the stomach like with Oxy. I much prefer Tramadol. At one point I was sure I must have smoked weed with this and desperately tried to remember toking but I know I didn't it was just the Tram that got me so high.

In my experience Tramadol, used recreationally, is almost completely pointless. You have to take a fair amount, normally feel a little queazy, run the risk of seizures, and do not really enjoy any of the effects which H and other stronger opiates/opioids produce. But, like said earlier, it definitely is useful to just relax, help battle withdrawls but, on its own, it isnt very intense.
