Injecting - weird phenomonon

here's one for ya and i hope someone out ther can answer this puzzling problem...

after mixing up an amount of meth for two or more people (noticed it seems to happen in threes alot) evryone gets the same amount and the dose is sufficent to do the job, two people get off and one person does't feel anything, there is no trickery or deciet involved as swim has watched closely or have done the mixing themself. now when it happed to someone else in the be4ginnig swim thought "yeah whatever, just trying to scam another shot, ya weasle" but then the phenomonon has also happened to swim a number of times, yeah sure swim stays awake and that but doesn't seem to get the cataleptic rush that the others had, they've had ther skulls ripped of and swim is left ther twidling thumbs and the dose that was mixed up like i said before would be more than sufficient... Tolerance is not a factor as swim has allowed for this and and metered the dose higher accordingly... it does not seem to fit the laws of the universe... also this has not ever happened with any other drug only meth (or variations therof) has anyone had the same prob... and/or is there any logical explanation for this...

any help/comments would be appreciated

also i would just like to add... it was no artery shot, swim had one of these a couple of times and well not pleasant... shooting pain to the hand, angry slightly swollen red hand, paralysed for say 3-5 mins and totally ripped off in the rush/euphoria part...
