In both spain and france hash is quite easy to get, but there are lots of conartists out there. If you hear pssspsssspssss sound from someone in the france they have it. In spain noone seems to care. You can get in trouble in Paris for it, so be subtle. Alcohol is everywhere; corner stores, vending machines, bars. The age limit is rarely enforced.

In France, everything is forbidden! But as everywhere, you can find everything. More or less easily, more or less good.


In France the cannabis is more difficult to find than the haschish and is often more expensively.Mushrooms it's almost impossible. Except when you find a free party ( rave ), where you can find what you want, normally!


Even the consumption is forbidden in France. The law continues to be strengthened. Small quantities of hash are punished
only by fines but the traffic is punished by heavy prison sentences according to the product


In Spain, things are different. Certain provinces have specific laws. There is growshops where are sold:
Mushrooms; kits of cultures; seeds of cannabis; often of the cannabis (having got acquainted with the owners); entheogenics' plants; herbal ecstasy; and more. But only legal products. The law authorizes the consumption of cannabis in the private places. But forbidden the sale. The culture is authorized there. Recently in Catalonia, a medicine on base of synthetic THC is sold in pharmacy!
In Portugal, the consumption of all the drugs is authorized.

PORTUGAL


The law N 30/2000 of November 29th, 2000, which defines rules applicable to the consumption of stunning products and psychotropic substances as well as to the sanitary and social protection of the persons who consume such substances without prescription, decriminalized the consumption of stunning products. She(it) also decriminalized their acquisition and their detention when these are bound(connected) to the personal consumption. This law does not operate distinction between sweet drugs and hard drugs.


Since its was in acty, July 1st, 2001, acts which it decriminalized are administrative malpractices, which are not inevitably punished, because the law settles as main objective the treatment of the addicts, because it considers as patients.


The law N 30/2000 thus partially overruled the statutory order N 15/93 of January 22nd, 1993, which defined the various penal malpractices relative to the drug and established the corresponding penalties.
