Best blue lotus.
There are two different plants that we usually refer as blue lotus, although the original Egyptian blue lotus is the first one:
Nymphaea Caerulea Nelumbo Nucifera, Pink and white What is best for effectiveness and flavor (tea, smoke) Nelumbo Nucifera is much cheaper even from a top quality Chinese brand. They sell both flowers and stamens, stamens being more expensive, but I read couple reports that stamens are more effective. Any opinions on this? |

Re: Best blue lotus.
SWIM's always been a bit confused about this, as there seem to be two completely different "blue lillies", both used medicinally but for different reasons. No idea where pink and white lotus fit in with all this either.
SWIM believes Nymphea Caerulea is the one with narcotic qualities. |
