What SWIY do with twigs in kratom powder?

What does Swiy do with the little (wooden) twigs in powder? Just ingest them, or remove them painstakingly?
Swim removes the biggest twigs from powder but he dislikes to do this.
Swim is not sure if they are bad, if they might damage the inside of Swim's intestines.
