SWIM just copped cheeba, as they say in the bay, on martin luther king day. ANYWAY... SWIM was researching for a while and after other avenues (friends of friends, methadone clinic hang-out) failed this one came through with huge success. SWIM researched various locations within a reasonable drive (for someone jonesin with lots of spare time). The crime map the police department website provided SWIM with was win as it directed SWIM in the right direction, but it was serendopeity that won the day. SWIM is a bay noob so he parked way too far from where he planned to go so SWIM got a nice long hike as well.

SWIM kept on him only what he was willing to lose to a scammer, plus a little extra if SWIM had to pay a junkie for his help. SWIM changed clothes in his car wearing a jacket he hadn't worn in years, an old pair of sneakers, and a t-shirt he's had for several years so if he gets jacked for his clothes it'd have to be by an extremely desperate and tasteless junkie and SWIM wouldn't really care. Thing SWIM might care about though is his keys as they were his ticket home, so SWIM comfortably put the key fob in one shoe and key itself in another.

When SWIM got to the area it was difficult for SWIM to identify potential dealers. The hardcore crackheads were pretty obvious: twitching, curled up against the wall, or in some extreme cases their faces were very prematurely aged or they have a mile-long stare, but SWIM didn't notice any dilated pupils, itching or nodding, which was discouraging. SWIM also said that he saw a lot of people standing around who might not have been junkies or dealers making it a bit more risky to go up to strangers. SWIM was never intimidated because he's big and tall and it really wasn't that sketchy when he went.

After SWIM walked several blocks without anyone approaching him or obvious enough (in the middle of the kind of transaction interesting to SWIM), SWIM grew pessimistic. SWIM noticed a couple friendly looking African-Americans, one rolling a jay and request assistance. SWIM said all the right things except diesel instead of cheeba which was somewhat important, but as the case was it wouldn't have mattered. The one who said the most did not want to walk several blocks and said SWIM's money was no good as SWIM offered to reimburse him for his time. Instead, he pointed SWIM in the right direction, though that alone may not have been enough given SWIMs mindset that almost admitted defeat.

As SWIM approached the destination he was sent to (fearing it was too far and that perhaps SWIM's time had been wasted purposely, and that may have been their intent), SWIM spotted two middle-aged caucasians with friendly demeanors and clothes somewhere in between homeless and junkie but not acting cracked-out in any way.

SWIM had a quick conversation with them, they seemed extremely honest and willing to help, even offering their ID as collateral (which would probably cost more to replace than he would be holding). SWIM thought this might be some kind of trust scam where he hopes to get SWIM to say it is not necessary and simultaneously gain his trust with the gesture. However, it seemed legit as SWIM is good at reading people's body language and besides SWIM was introduced to a couple upstanding individuals who believe in good business practices in person.

Now SWIM can get any sort of pills, cheeba and, if SWIM were so inclined, rock (even though he's not and won't ever be). SWIM planned to toot but got a brand new rig which he wasn't planning on putting extra effort into finding. SWIM needs to learn more about insufflation, mainlining and the day after.

I think I'm in the right place to help SWIM.

Dude, this really might not wanna be a road SWIY want's to go down....

but since SWIY aren't gonna listen to SWIM do this at least THINK about:

break the needle off and throw the rig away. If SWIY need to learn about insuflating then SWIY really really don't wanna start right off with a shot, SWIY could easily OD.

SWIM mainlined a bag. There was only a minor rush and very little euphoria. SWIM has felt much better off opium tea. SWIM was never in any real danger of ODing, just getting poisoned by a bad batch. And if SWIM is that concerned about risk-taking, SWIM might as well never drive a car on the freeway unless his survival depended on it. SWIM doesn't like needles, so a healthy heroin addiction could do much to alleviate his fears. The bag ended up being so mild that SWIM tooted a bag, and SWIM noted that it tasted extremely unpleasant though the onset was reasonably quick. SWIM thinks heroin is quite taboo even among opiophiles. SWIM will probably return in few weeks to obtain some OC to try and some more cheeba to try to get a decent rush followed by some nice euphoria as this far far too mild for a drug that's supposedly this powerful. Don't worry about SWIM he's doing better than he has in years.

Once SWIY goes to the needle nothing else really compares,meaning that more than likely SWIY will probably always use that rout as opposed to a more "safer"way.As mentioned above going straight to banging can cause SWIY to O.D REALLY FAST especially is they are naive with "H".Good Luck,and Stay Safe!!

you sound like a smart guy with a head on your shoulders. Theres nothing to get out of dope, its nothing but pain and sacrafice. Right now you have the ability to control yourself but soon you wont, people with addictions are controlled by them. Do yourself a favor and dont get into it. Youve got an easy connection for all the pills and dope, that right there is a trap/ on any given day you can count on hurting and sacraficing anything to score when you already know where to get it. Believe me, it may be fun now, and it may be fun for a few weeks, but eventually it gets bad, really bad. and the sad thing is once youre there, you cant get out. Whatever effort you put into getting into the shit, its gonna take 100 times the work to get out, and youre never really out. For people who are already opiate addicts i understand and dont pass judgement, Ive been there and i was terrible. But if you are at the beginning you can save yourself from the worse feelings and form of existance. Just remember all the good things you have in your life, family, friends, loved ones, children, your job, your mental and physical health... really think about them and consider if you want to sacrafice those things, bc addiction will hurt everyone of those things before taking you out. Sorry about the lecture but you sound like you are early enough in it to be able to stop and take control. peace.

While SWIM agrees hole-heartedly w/HerbalRemedy about not going there period, SWIM does have a little bit of an issue with HerbalRemedy should have answered the OPs question, rather than give somewhat of a "preach". If the OP was asking for help to quit, that would be entirely different. He isn't asking for help, he's attempting to educate himself by coming here and asking questions. SWIM apologizes if HerbalRemedy takes this the wrong way, but she thinks it's similar to Religious people who shove their beliefs down non-believers throats.
HerbalRemedy could have very easily sent the OP a private message, instead of going off topic and turning it into somewhat of a sermon.
Again SWIM has never done H and doesn't intend to, SWIM is very aware of her limits and is a daily weed smoker and has always generally preferred downers to uppers, hence her knowing to not even attempt H, as she would end up dead or on the streets, doing god knows what for a hit because she if pretty positive she would love it instantly.

To the OP, SWIM highly recommends you research this very carefully and really assess the consequences that are more than likely to come from IV use. SWIM hasn't ever bought "off the street" like that, she has always known her dealers pretty well. SWIM thinks it would be scary and somewhat like playing Russian Roulette by getting off the street because you are trusting that a stranger is giving you what you asked for. SWIM has just been lucky as far as her connections, and they generally do it with her, so maybe that puts her at ease to a certain extent regarding the credibility of the substance. SWIM does know that a lot of people score this way though.

SWIM wonders why the OP wants to go to the IV so soon.? OP does know that IV of any drug is generally the most dangerous statistically as far as quick, fast addiction, right? SWIM would suggest doing a search here for that info, or even possibly checking out the H sections, lurk for a while, listen to what the H crowd says, and maybe pick a person or two to send a PM to, and get good, solid, "from the horses mouth" kind of answers. SWIM smokes meth from time to time, and did a lot of research as well as being educated from the person who intro'ed her into it. SWIM truly feels that when dealing with new methods, new ways of doing a particular drug (someone who always smoked, wants to inject now) that if they don't have a mentor of sorts as SWIM does, that the internet is a beautiful place filled with all the information you need. This forum in particular should be able to answer any and all questions you have.

SWIYSokerings SWIY do realise that buying crack and heroin is a whole different kettle of fish than buying weed, whizz etc. The dealers don't generally use the stuff themselves
