Effects - Bloated stomach?

Hi all, everytime my gf takes E, her stomach bloats, making her experience rather unsatisfying. We've tried from eating light to not eating a couple of hours before, but to no avail. Any suggestions?

Many people also have this problem. SWIM usually eats a banana before hand and tries to keep a light stomach, not empty or too full. If that doesn't work he also takes some tums before taking the ecstasy. But the key is to have a well balanced meal, some fruits and vitamins, nothing too fatty or filling.

Thanks for the response, Readux. We'll try the Tums and see how that works out; I was thinking about gas x as well.

Both would work in that case, but also try to sit down while comeing up, dancing can cause the blood to rush to other locations thus sending less blood to the gastrointestinal to work. Also keep hydrated. Good luck!

Swim has a similar problem, but his problem is that he can not burp sometimes on MDMA. He can feel huge amounts of gas in his stomach trying to get out where the MDMA has reacted with its content (swim has a notoriously acidic stomach), but just cant get it out. Once this actually lead swim to be sick, which was the most relieving feeling swim has ever experienced when it was over.

Not eating for five hours or so certainly does help. You could try some stomach neutralizing medication incase its due to an acidic stomach like swim. Swim would recommend plugging or snorting. If plugging its a good idea to dissolve the MDMA (or pill) in 5ml of warm water and insert through a pipette/turkey baster/syringe (no needle, obviously), this way it will definately absorb efficiently. Though plugging can be kinda awkward if your with a group of mates somewhere with no where decent and private to do it! Or if they listened to too much Freud when younger.
