What are the odds?

What are the odds of an RC supplier sending a lot more than 100mg of a certain 2C? If one were to take the equivalent of a half-dose at first then slowly work up (without weighing the chemical), would that be unreasonably dangerous? Even if the supplied chemical is 200 mg instead of 100, the said person would only be taking 10 mg at first.

I've given the scale lecture enough times now, so I'll leave off. I'd think
that smaller qty's like 100mg would be weighed more accurately than
larger ones, as a rule.

WOW! How many mg do those baggies weigh that are used for these
shipments?

I would say the odds are less than 10%. Im sure some campaines might hook it up, but the majority will either short you or give you an exact amount.
