Can crack and heroin be out of your system by Tuesday

Swim needs to know if a person who has used rougly £30 heroin and £60 crack over the week (used about 3 times) who is of big build can get it out before a urine sample on Tuesday.
Swim last used yesterday.
Swim is praying for her frend as his future depends on this.
