Dose - Experienced with other opiates, trying morphine for first time

SWIM just scored ten 10mg sublingual morphine pills & four 30mg MS Contins.

SWIM likes to pop 30-40 mg of hydrocodone, or snort 8mg of dilaudid (hydromorphone), or snort 20-30mg of oxycontin. SWIM has a little bit of a tolerance, but doesn't go through withdrawals.

How much of the morphine should SWIM take? Would snorting the 10mg pills be more effective than sublingual use? Can SWIM remove the extended release coating on the MS Contins with a wet paper towel, similar to removing it on Oxycontins?

the most efficiant ROA for morphine is IV however swim thinks one can't IV the MScontins cause they gel up, so the second most efficiant route is plugging... if swiy can IV the sublingual pills... start by trying 50mg, if plugging start with 100mg andd see how you feel from there

SWIM has no interest in IV, although the sublingual pills are probably perfect for it.

SWIM ended up not being able to wait (haha) and took 50mg sublingually, then parachuted another 15mg of crushed up MS Contin about an hour later.

SWIM had a good time, although SWIM determined that morphine is low on the list of preferred opiates/opiods. SWIM likes snorted hydromophone/oxycodone, smoked opium, or oral hydrocodone better. SWIM thinks that maybe another 10-15 mg of parachuted MS Contin would have been good, but no more than that.

Next time, SWIM will try plugging 50mg of the sublingual pills. Somebody told SWIM to try finding an infant feeding syringe to do it--does SWIY know where to get one?

Most Pharmacies will give them to you for free, just ask for a few oral syringes.
