swim need's a second opinion please

Okay its like this swim has 5mg tabs of valium 7 in total swim suppose to break them in half and take 2.5 twice daily for seven days but swim has a addiction to benzos and the day that swim gets his refill he usually takes 4 that day and the next day 3. so doing this for 4 week's and swim every week does not do what he is suppose to in all it's a total of 140 mg taken in 4 week's but the promblem is that they are not taken like swim suppose to swim needs to fail this urine test to still be prescibe this pharmie so please any advice would be apperiated.
