On swims right arm, it's a small bump and it hurts.. anything swim can do ease the pain a bit? Swim isn't in agony but still =)

keeping your arm elevated when possible and gentle massage/application of a heat pack has been recommenced by a few very experienced users.

run some warm water on it and massage it and obviously don't use the same spot again until it is healed

so, next morning, bump does not hurt so much, is slightly discoloured and the immediate area around the site (1-2mm either side) is a little darker.

doesn't hurt so much, swim thinks that there's nothing to worry about.

Swim took note of the advice, found that leaving the arm elevated for a period of time caused it to ache, although swim did clean the site with soap and warm water a few times in the night and gave it a gentle massage, which swim is sure helped, so thanks again =)

We have a cream here down under that is called "hiradoid" and is good for scarring and brusing hope this helps somewhat
