help with tracks

i'm getting a new job and the uniform i have to wear is short sleeved
the last job i had i got fired from because my manager saw my arms one day and figured out why i go to the bathroom 4 times a day...lol
needless to say i can't let my new boss see my tracks so i'm asking for hints or anything i can do to cover them up ....short of not shooting cuz thats not gonna happen...lol
