Allergic reaction to San Pedro Cactus
A friend of a friend recently peeled some San Pedros Cacti and ended up having an allergic reaction on their hands (allergic contact dermatitis). The cacti was consumed but the reaction did not happen anywhere but the hands. Curious to know if this has happened to anyone else before... and if so, have you attempted a second try at handling the cacti? The worry is... next time could this allergic reaction form in the mouth or throat after ingesting?
Any response would be appreciated!
