Question Coming Down Correctly

Hello,

In this story of SWIM, SWIM used crank when young, but was handed the wrong bag by someone and wound up using again without realizing it.

SWIM has no interest in resuming old habits, but would appreciate an analysis of the options available to SWIM:

1. SWIM has numerous medications, SWIM is told by doctors to use 2mg of Klonopin daily, 20mg of Lexapro, and 30mg of Temazepam a while before SWIM expects to go to bed. SWIM also has available, but doesn't routinely take Ambien, Baclofen, Cyclobenzaprine, a few Roserem samples...

2. SWIM has to go to work in the morning. SWIM didn't expect to be getting a weekend of strange memories, but SWIM can accept responsibility for that. No love lost. Swim still has to get to work.

With that in mind, is there a 'safe' or at least 'least stupid' way to try to ease SWIM into getting some amount of sleep - SWIM last insufflated approximately six hours ago - doesn't feel agitated or panicky, just a general malaise. SWIM's medication schedule was followed, so over the course of the day and evening SWIM has rotated between a morning 1mg of Klonopin, followed up by a few mid-morning cyclobenzaprine/baclofen to stave off the headache that's almost certainly building by that point, followed by am additional 1mg Klonopin, 20mg Lexapro, and 30mg Temazepam.

Recently SWIM is most often on a hunt for opiates. While SWIM completely understand and dreads that SWIM is consciously developing an opiate addiction, SWIM is simply unable to handle the constant pain without seeking some source of relief.

---
tl;dr : SWIM taking lots of meds, SWIM is up, SWIM would like to know if any of the medications currently available to SWIM (listed above) would allow SWIM to sleep.

Sincere thanks to anyone that may be able to help, SWIM is just worried.

Re: Coming Down Correctly

You are already combining many medications, the more you combine the higher the chance is that some of them may react badly together (or combined with the methamphetamine in your system.) If it is just a one off the best thing to do would be wait it out. What is a couple of days out of your life in comparison to taking risks that nobody here can safely advise you on.

Re: Coming Down Correctly

Go with your gut, either take the benzos and try to get some sleep or just pull an all nighter... Not really that hard...
