Cultivation - How to grow HBW to enhance LSA produced

Hi, i've read from numerous sources that fresh seeds have the best psychoactive effect so instead of SWIM consuming the rest of his seeds he bought on the internet he wants to grow them. I was wondering if anybody could tell me the best way/time of the year to start growing HBW and also the best way to get the HBW to produce the most LSA possible. Was wondering if people could tell me about whether to grow it in the shade, how much water they need or if they need plant food to enhance the LSA produced in the seeds. Also any tips about harvesting would be appreciated. Also how many plants should i grow to get a good amount of seeds? Thanks.
