finding a new dealer

swim needs to find a new dealer,swims regular hook up has stopped selling,swim hasnt got a clue how to score on the street.swim was thinking of just going down to the local needle exchange/addiction centre and see what swim could find out.swim is all out of H and needs to score soon though.any tips?
