Little fishy has tried 150 and 200mg Tramadol with a few alcoholic drinks and found it to be better than Tramadol on it's own. That said, it doesn't make it safe or even recommended - I have little to no knowledge on the consequences of mixing the two regularly.

Tramadol + alcohol is no problem. Acetaminophen + alcohol can be a very big one.
