Methadone - Out of Date?
One was wondering about a bottle of methadone which was provided to a friends pet hamster.
This hamster acquired the bottle about 3 months ago, it was picked up by the actual patient from a pharmacy the same day it was given to the hamster. The hamster has since kept the bottle refrigerated but had other things on his mind and totally forgot that the bottle was there until recently. The main part of wonderment is - Would the methadone be out of date by now? Would it have gone bad? Or is it still fine for the hamster to theoretically be sipping on? It is 40mg/100ml bottle. . . .
