is swims habit in relation to what's considered a real deal smack habit? 240-270mg DHC + 400mg Tramadol.
This aint a dick sizing thing, swim is just contemplating the mess swim and his doctor have got him into.

Swim has avoided junk for years, watching mates drop down like flies and it's crept up via the back door. SWIM is looking at a slow taper from Monday, thing is the only reason this is happening is due to the massive constipation faced daily, SWIM functions well on said habit, well until the final dose in the evening nailes him to the chair and he goes to bed in a warm snuggly ball of cotton wool, something tells swim he aint ready. But also tolorence is starting to increase noticably and the tramadol is at the max dose swim will take due to risks.
SWIM came off once before at almost half this habit and that was nasty, failed twice but the thought of getting married high was not acceptable. Swim thinks regardless of how this shit measures up with a proper habit, he's in for a rough ride

SWIM is tapering off opiates now, down 30% from original dose. Current daily dose is 7-30mg codeine, 8-350mg soma, 5-100mg tramadol. SWIM is having some withdrawal, but not as much as she expected, she is going to cut another 30% of the above dose on Sunday. Constipation is still an issue, but not as bad as it was before tapering. She will taper down every 4 days. SWIM has heard that DHC is quite addicting, so see what taper SWIY can come up with. SWIM has given up 90% of caffeine habit, it is much easier for her this way. SWIM appreciates the support and words. Reduced dose by 100mg tramadol & 60 mg DHC over the past three days, some aches are apparent in arms and legs but sleep has not been a problem yet. Planning another 50mg drop of tramadol tomorrow but no dhc, cant afford to start being ill at work.
