Drug info - dry crumbly light brown "tar"

SWIM got some "tar" the other day that was lightish brown, very dry, and crumbly...almost like a rocky bag of powder H. the qual was damn good SWIM said...but when he first got it thought he had bought something cut to hell and back and might not be good at all. it had that same tar smell so he hoped for the best. he melted some in a spoon and snorted it and was very suprised at how good it was. when he put the water in the spoon it got that tar look..kinda came together in the spoon. SWIM's dealer said its tar that had been air dried and its nothing to worry about....but he is still kinda scared to shoot any though because he had never seen or heard of any tar like that.

any of you SWIY's ever see "tar" like this? is it true that when tar air drys it comes out like this? or is this stuff cut with something that is making it like that?
