SWIM takes 10mg/day sometimes 15-20mg/day if needed of d-amphetamine for ADHD. From what i know low doses of amphetamine only serve as reuptake inhibitors with an DA:NE ratio of 1:1, but higher doses of amphetamine cause DA and NE release and 5-HT reuptake inhibition and release. SWIM is wondering what would be defined as a high dose of amphetamine, enough for catecholamine release and serotonin release, as SWIM needs to worry about oxidative stress caused by dopamine as well depletion of neurotransmitters from daily usage.
