H in wales (u.k.)

swim was wondering,theres a lot of H users where swim lives (wales,the poor part lol) yet not much H

and what is about is terrible quality-really bad stuff god knows what its cut with.but its all swim can get.once again swim is going through withdrawell and cant get any H,swims getting desperate anyway,is this the grade of H throught wales (cardiff area) or is there some decent queality out there?
