Speed - Delayed/Reverse Effect?
SWIM took a line of speed one night at around 11.30pm at a party in the sitting room. 15 mins later he falls asleep. he wakes up at 3am not remembering how he gets there and where he is. He is now in the bedroom upstairs. He feels drunk and disorientated. He stays awake until 6.30am and finally goes to sleep. Wakes next day feeling fine.
That night he took 2 lines one after the other at about 12am. He feels easy. He talks and talks and talks various rubbish and then goes out to dance but he doesn't remember the dancing part. Around 3am he goes back into the sitting room. Falls asleep until 6.45am. He doesn't remember falling asleep and wakes up all jittery and bouncy. He then calms down and falls asleep on and off for about 2 hours. He goes home back after the weekend and he can't sleep for the next 37 hours. Why did this happen to him? Delayed effect of speed. Note, SWIM had been drinking beer and rum. Did not mix other drugs. Has SWIM defied the laws of drugs?

Re: Speed - Delayed/Reverse Effect?
Is SWIY sure that he snorted speed?
This sounds more like a benzodiazepine in effect. The 37 hour period of energy SWIY experienced is unexplainable from my knowledge. |

Re: Speed - Delayed/Reverse Effect?
SWIM friends took speed aswell, they felt the effects of it but SWIM didn't! They didn't sleep until the next day.
SWIM has never taken BZP (if that what benzodiazepine is). One of SWIM's friend is a regular user of BZP, and took the same as SWIM. He felt the effects of speed like the others did. |

Re: Speed - Delayed/Reverse Effect?
Quote:
This is from another site: Benzylpiperazine (BZP) is a legal high stimulant that has extremely euphoric effects. Users have reported increased sensory stimulation, euphoria and a general feeling of well being. BZP works in a similar fashion to amphetamine type drugs but is marketed as a harm minimization drug as it is relatively safe. The perception of certain sensations such as taste, colour or music may be subjectively enhanced. The average duration is longer than that of dextroamphetamine, typically lasting 4-6 hours with reports as long as 8 hours. A recent study has shown that mixtures of BZP with other piperazine drugs such as TFMPP share certain pharmacology traits with MDMA |
