Effects - would poppy tea work for me?

swim started off with painkillers and now is on H,swims cant get any H though so swim tried u.i.e kratom instead after hearing good things about it, swim took 4 grams of the stuff and had no effects,so gave up on kratom.since swim has found a good source of poppy heads and was wondering would poppy tea work for me considering swim has a opiate tollerance? swim usually takes about 400 mg codeine to feel anything and about 20mg H snorted to get a nod.
