Combinations - Spice Diamond & Alcohol

Well SWIM has just played nurse for 8 hours. After being rudely awakened, he got invited out to smoke some spice. So he made his way down to his friends house.

When he got there he found one of SWIMS friends was drunk and the other had a few drinks but wasnt noticebly drunk. SWIM pointed out that spice may not be a good idea if he was drunk but admitly didnt do much to discourage him fromt taking it.

So about 20minutes after hitting 5-6 bowls between 3 SWIMs drunk friend said he couldnt open his eyes and was gonna feel sick. SWIMs other friend got him a bowl to use but apart from that helped very little and It was his house.

Infact in his drunk friend time of need SWIMs other friend was very hostile, getting angry that we had come to his house. He eventually just went to sleep not helping at all while SWIMs drunk friend was imobilised saying he couldnt get up, move or open his eyes. He was constantly feeling sick and told me he felt like he was spining.

So SWIM is there. Just come out after these two had been drinking. One of SWIMS friends falls ill in his other friends house. His other firend doesnt care which left SWIM running around somebody elses house emptying sick, getting water, finding food for him. SWIM was dreading running into his parents who were sleeping at the time.

SWIMs friends symptons were

Pale Skin
Constant Spining Feeling
Constant Sick Feeling
Sick every 30minutes or so
Cold
Shivering
Jitters
Inability to move
Inability to see

SWIMs assistance was

Sickbowl Management
Kept him drinking water
Helped him move if he wanted
Tryed to get him to eat something
Suggested he phone his parents
Kept speaking to him
Let him rest for a few mintues

and SWIM never made him do anything he didnt want to.

SWIMs verdict on Spice and Alcohol is seriously seriously dont do it unless you want to die.

It may be dangerous but cannabis is known to potentiate the effects of alcohol. I'm not sure how alcohol and jwh-018 interact but most likely the effects of the alcohol and spice together was similar to that of weed+alcohol and your friend had simply had to much.

Theres a saying something like weed before beer you're in the clear. Beer before grass you're on your ass.

Spinning and passing out with immobilization sounds like effects from indulging in to much alcohol.

Yeah I think a lack of nutrition may of factored in aswell. Wether or not it was just a reaction to the alcohol or a reaction to the spice aswell Idk. I thought I'd just post it here incase anyone finds themselfs in a similar situation.

Although JWH-018 was never found in Spice Diamond, it would be wise to take account of the JWH-018 (Spice) ADME Toxicology Studies
These show that there is a possible risk with combining JWH-018 and other drugs. So best not to combine Spice or any other blend with alcohol or any other drug.

Sounds to me that SWIY pulled a whitey. Just like when smoking too much cannabis and blood sugar levels drop too much. 5-6 bowls. How much would that be? What dose?
