Quite correct. In theory one could still produce a tea or solution high in opiate alkaloids from this since all the alkaloids are contained therein in concentrated form. (CPS).

Again correct, this would be an extremely efficient method of producing hassle free tea on demand (Theoretically). If a scientist was so inclined he/she could in theory make almost anything from this substance including tinctures, laudanums, a refined smokeable product and even pharmaceutical grade natural opiates if their knowledge went that far.

It will give exactly the same effect as drinking tea and has the added advantage of being small and easily stored. CPS, CFO and raw latex all have very long shelf lives apparently.
