Drug info - Tea from crude extract

SWIM notices a lot of people trying to extract chems from pods and ending up with large amounts of black tar.
This is obviosly useless for smoking, but SWIM was wondering if it would still be good for making tea from.

Surely this would cut down on all the hassle of boiling pods, one could just make a large extraction of all the pods (also standardising pod strength quite nicely) and put small amounts of the tar back into warm water to disolve it.

Ultimately this should give swiy the same effect as drinking pod tea, but could be done in as little as a shot of warm water

If this is the case then unfortunately the theoretical scientists in question are doing it . . . wrong.

Quite correct. In theory one could still produce a tea or solution high in opiate alkaloids from this since all the alkaloids are contained therein in concentrated form. (CPS).

Again correct, this would be an extremely efficient method of producing hassle free tea on demand (Theoretically). If a scientist was so inclined he/she could in theory make almost anything from this substance including tinctures, laudanums, a refined smokeable product and even pharmaceutical grade natural opiates if their knowledge went that far.

It will give exactly the same effect as drinking tea and has the added advantage of being small and easily stored. CPS, CFO and raw latex all have very long shelf lives apparently.

Cheers for the info, after reading the post about the codeine content in pods, SWIM will probably just go for this method.

Unless a theorist is sure about their starting material being high in Morphine content, then that is probably the way to go. Otherwise someones hamster may be loosing out on the codeine content of the material.
