IBOGAINE: Extract or Hydrochloride

There's a fair bit of documentation about using IBOGAINE hcl but very little about using IBOGAINE root bark powder or extract, as a means personal consumption. Does anybody know about this or the difference in dosage between the two?

In some countries like Canada, its still legal to purchase this African plant but still not that easy to come across but the natural form is much easier to obtain than the more potent concentrated type that is most used for opiate withdrawl. Some people are venturing down this path on their own and would do well to know about proper dosage for their experience and this info is not that common on the web, compared to the hcl data.
