Oral use - Mushroom Tea Made Tasteless!

Ingredients
-12oz water (on half set aside in the fridge)
-as much mushrooms as needed
-one crystal light water bottle packet (flavor of swiys choice)

Directions
1. Grind mushrooms up into a powder using a coffee grinder or just breaking up with swiys hands very well.

2. boil 6oz of the water on the stove, when at a boil, turn off the stove, take off the heat, wait a minute and add the mushrooms

3. let it steep in the water for 15 minutes.

4. strain into a glass using a bandanna or coffee filter to strain off the mushy bits.

5. add the other six ounces of water to the glass with the mushroom water, then open the crystal light packet (swim prefers raspberry lemonade) and pour it in.

6. mix and drink!

it will take on the flavor of the crystal light very well and it will be easy to down no more hiding the taste with annoying tea and honey!
