Dose - ultra enhanced kratom dose for opiate tolerance

just wondering,swim has a opiate tollerance,swim takes codeine a lot usually about 400mg,how much UEI should swim take in one dose to get the same effect?swim intended to bomb it in a rizzla

SWIM advises ALWAYS start with 0.5g, then work your way up, everyone reacts differently to Kratom, there is a general reaction but its very hit and miss.
SWIM says if after 30-40mins SWIY feels nothing, do another 0.5g, increment again if nothing is felt after a further 30mins, keep doing this until SWIY feels something.
Keep ground Ginger handy for nausea.
Ultimately after the first attempt SWIY will know what amount works for him next time.
