Powdered Peruvian Dosage?

SWIM got 1/2 lb dehydrated Peruvian Torch powder. SWIM intends on putting half of his dose in OO capsules and the other half in fruit smoothies, swallowing the capsules while drinking the smoothie. SWIM wants to get the full spectrum experience, SWIM would rather throw up and trip very hard than not eat enough and be dissapointed. How many grams should SWIM eat?
