You should really elaborate on this post, ie. what you are going to take etc, but you get the idea.

SWIM thinks that the actual toss and wash method is to toss the plant matter down your throat and then wash with liquid straight away to help with swallowing. Your method could have problems, like all the plant matter settling at the bottom and getting stuck to the container, but with a powdered substance it should work (especially if you ensure that any subtance left in the container after all the liquid is gone gets consumed).

sorry swim was just trying to clear up that general question because he knew the answer and the rest... lol if that makes sense...

anyways swim had problems mixing his powder red vein indo into liquid... so he was questioning about leaves...

but swim is gonna try out the extracts and if they are good to swim he wont need to worry about how to get down a bunch of powder or leaves...

Toss'n'wash is tossing the powder into the mouth, then washing it down with liquid.
Y has tried this, but regurgitates, and loses krat, so he sticks it in rizla bombs.
