Question Solubility of the good (LSA) and bad chemicals of MG & HBWR in different solvents

A Bird told me:

So I've heard and read different things regarding the good and bad chemicals in the seeds of morning glory and hawaiian baby woodrose. The good ones would of course be the LSA - the bad ones would be the ones giving all the nasty side effects that LSA do not cause on its own.

I've heard that the bad ones are soluble in water but not in alcohol for example. But how true is that? Has anyone experimented with different extraction methods using different solvents etc and figured out something useful here?

LSA is soluble in water too, and even more in alcohol of course. Thus, doing a quick water was on the seed powder before doing an alcohol extraction could remove some of the bad chems but probably also some of the LSA, depending on which of them is more soluble int he water.

Also, what ARE these bad chemicals, what is the names of the unwanted ones? I've read many rumors, even that HWBR contains cyanide - which I really doubt - and many other things. The facts are hard to find.

What I would like to find is what, if any, solvent the BAD chemicals are soluble in that the good ones are NOT, and what solvents the LSA is soluble in and the bad ones are NOT - or at least what the bad are MORE soluble in than the LSA and vice versa.

Of course I've read about the naphta procedure, but how useful is this really? And, as far I understand, if this really extracts any bad chemicals it is only one of them and not the others.

Any facts and information that can be provided on this would be highly appreciated, specially if anyone has personal experience with such experimentations or know any scientific papers they can provide links to that have information on these issues.

Cheers!
